Medium Dark Roast for Milk Drinks, Riserva Velocità

Riserva Velocità is a medium-dark espresso blend with chocolate, caramel, roasted nuts, and brown sugar notes. Its full body and rich crema keep the coffee clear through steamed milk, while low to moderate acidity produces a smooth, balanced finish.

Best for: Lattes, cappuccinos, flat whites, cortados, espresso, drip coffee, and French press.

Every green coffee lot used in Velocità is independently third-party tested for mycotoxins, mold, yeast, and heavy metals before roasting. Only lots that pass enter our roastery.

Velocità is roasted in small batches in Dearborn, Michigan. The roast date is printed on every bag, and orders ship within days of roasting.

Where the Coffee Comes From

Three named, traceable lots are blended and roasted in Dearborn:

  • Brazil: Cooxupé cooperative, Mogiana region. Natural process, 800 to 1,200 masl, Bourbon and Mondo Novo varieties. Fine Cup, Strictly Soft grade with a strict 17/18 large-bean screen, dried on patios and finished at the cooperative’s dry mill.
  • Guatemala: Certified organic Huehuetenango from ASOPCE, a cooperative of 450 small farmers in the western highlands. Washed process, 1,350 to 2,050 masl, Catuai and Caturra varieties, sun dried after fermentation. This coffee contributes caramel and milk chocolate sweetness that remains clear through milk.
  • Colombia: El Tiple lot from small family farms around Pitalito, Huila. Washed process, 1,500 to 1,800 masl, Excelso EP grade. This component adds balance and a clean finish.

Designed for Milk Drinks

Velocità is developed to maintain flavor and structure when combined with steamed milk. Chocolate and caramel lead in a latte. Roasted nut and brown sugar notes become more noticeable in a flat white or cortado. As straight espresso, the blend delivers full body, crema, and a smooth finish.
